Guest Blogging
We are always looking for guest bloggers to write on a wide range of topics related to benzos and their side effects/withdrawal syndromes, healing, coping skills and recovery.

You would receive full attribution as the author and links to your own social media, website/blog etc - if you have those.
Some examples of topics that could be written about:
- Non medical ways to manage anxiety. 
- Non medical ways to manage depression. 
- Dealing with intrusive thoughts. 
- Working on a positive mindset. 
- Dealing with depersonalization. 
- Benzo Belly. 
- And lots more! 
Contributor Content & Submission Guidelines
- All guest posts should be relevant to this blog’s audience. 
- Articles that do not meet our criteria will not be published on our site. 
- Content must be original (not published elsewhere online). 
- Word count: 450 approx (up to 1000 maximum). 
- Guest posts should be easy-to-read. Use bullet points where appropriate to increase readability. 
- If references were used for your article, please include citations. 
- Benzo Warrior may edit any blog submitted as necessary. 
- Please do not promote any specific products or brands in your blog. 
- No guest posts may be self-promotional or include sponsored or marketing links. 
- Images submitted along with your article must be free for commercial use (public domain) and require no attribution. A link to the image source(s) must also be included. 
- Images provided must be no more than 200 kb. 
- Photos/Images should be at least 300 x 300 pixels to be picked up by Facebook and other social media sites. 
- You may include a 2-3 sentence author bio with photo, the URL for your website’s homepage, and/or your email address, and links to any social media accounts. 
- Guest Bloggers retain copyright for articles submitted to Benzo Warrior. 
- Submitting a guest post signifies that you agree to these guidelines.
