JOIN THE Community

Going through benzodiazepine withdrawal may be the hardest thing you ever have to do in your life. As well as your real life support network it’s important to find peers you can connect with who are experiencing something similar.

If you want to learn healthy coping skills to assist you in your journey please join the brand new Benzo Warrior Community.

The Benzo Warrior Community is a safe place to chat to others going through something similar, learn coping skills and to also share what helps you.

It is a positive mindset community that will support you as you go through the withdrawal and recovery process. It is not a crisis support group, please do find real life support if you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others.

You may wish to join other Benzo Support Groups too and we have listed some below for you.

Finding a Doctor
